I have a childcare specialist certification from Rasmussen College.
I have been a part of Warm World for 10 years. I love doing music and art with the kiddo. Those are my favorite times during the work day.
Something that I enjoy about Warm World that sets it apart from other Child Care Centers is that we have several teachers who have been with Warm World for many years and we work together as a team, which helps provide a great environment for the kiddos.
I enjoy being a part of Warm World because I’ve worked here so long that it is not only work, it is like my 2nd family. The staff and families become close. We have a lot of families with 1, 2, and 3+ children that start as babies and leave when they start kindergarten. It is fun to seek them grow up.
When I am not at Warm World, you could find me listening to music, watching movies, hiking, camping and spending time with family.
One of the funniest things a child said to me was when a little girl was potty training and she accidentally pooped on the bathroom floor, she looked at me and the looked at the poop and said, “Who, that’s a big one, it looks like a chicken leg.”
